My Experience As A Home Inspector and Resident of Southwestern Illinois
Hi, my name is Christopher Currins, owner of CBC Home Inspections, a full-time professional home inspection business established in 2006. As a lifelong resident of southwestern Illinois I have family and many friends throughout this area. I have inspected homes and light commercial buildings from Waterloo to Carrollton, from the border of the Mississippi River to as far east as as Carlyle Lake; and everywhere in between. During my 19 years as a Licensed Certified Home Inspector I have met so many people and families of all walks of life along the way.
Before becoming a professional home inspector I was involved with constructing and renovating 100's of homes. I have completely restored dozens of homes, inside and out, by myself, many of them were over 100 years old. I have learned a lot along the way regarding the different way homes were built and the many changes that have taken place over the last 150 years.
